Debut Wedding Dress Collection ♥

Ladies, if you're planning your wedding in Cape Town, we've got a treat for you today: introducing Cape Town wedding dress designer, Fiona Mauchan. Fiona first fell in love with craft of design as a young girl where she began designing her own pieces from an early age. After pursuing a Fine Arts degree, and further honing her skills at the Cape Town College of Fashion Design, Fiona's approach to bridal wear instinctively began to incorporate sophistication and a spirit of experimentation. Today we share a few pretty pieces from her debut collection, photographed by Claire Thomson.

"For this collection I wanted to create dresses that were easy to wear and effortlessly elegant,"shares Fiona. Her launch collection includes the lovely Angelica gown,which flares fabulously in ivory double crepe with a chantilly lace cover-up. The Anise gown is a soft flowing sheath style gown with beaded lace applique and a low back secured with a bow sash. The Annabel gown features a gorgeous full pendulum skirt which is worm over a stretch lace body suit with a choice of sleeve length, neckline and back height. It's our fave!
