Niki and Andrew were married at Fazeley Studios, Birmingham in April. Their wedding had a boho circus theme and they used some of my all time favourite Brummy suppliers to make it happen. The amazing AVA Event Styling made all their décor dreams a reality. They had a small wedding which meant they could invest a lot more of their budget on making the space look utterly amazing.

Unlike so many Italian weddings that they'd been to before, Michelangelo and Francilla wanted a day that was big, ridiculous and most of all fun! They went for a vintage circus theme, and oh boy, they really did go all out on the theme! Francilla told me all about it, "In Italy it’s quite impossible to have a different wedding and not do everything traditionally. It’s so hard to get away from the 'rules' that everyone says you have to obey, but we worked hard to make sure we did! We would have never been happy to marry in this way, and luckily our families knew it!"

Danielle and John's San Francisco, California circus wedding included a dance down the aisle, magic tricks by the Ringmaster officiant, ice cream, a food truck, stilt walkers, dancing, and one seriously killer venue, the San Francisco Institute of Possibilities. It's a wild ride of a wedding that will either leave you breathless or breathing heavy from love.

Chip and Elle's inspiration for their wedding was Vaudeville meets a 1920s circus sideshow. They wanted their "weird sense of style and the idea that we can do whatever we want" to come through in everything they did. The wedding took place at The Loft in Long Beach on Friday 13th of June during a full moon.

Natalie and Patrick had a fairly traditional church ceremony but that's definitely where the the tradition ended! Their wedding reception was one of the most authentic carnival/ circus themes I've ever seen! They changed outfits, had lots of performers and plenty of food truck options for their 500 (!) guests...

Molly & Toby stumbled across their theme by accident... On the day their wedding planner remarked that the party unfolding in front of their eyes looked a bit like an old vintage circus! Amongst the festoon lighting, animals and general industrial, rustic and home made touches, Molly & Toby celebrated a heartwarming and love filled union.

Stephanie and Gregg opted for a small, outdoor ceremony with just a few members of family and friends in Ohio... and ended up with one hell of a circus themed wedding!

When I say this is a "circus wedding," I don't mean it figuratively. This has to be the most dedication to a theme we've seen in quite a while, and the result is nothing short of a magnificent success. Ladies, you're gonna lose it over this! So last Wednesday, along with my soul sister Amy, we travelled down to Henley on Thames for a Flower Fandango! The brainchild of Floral Circus, the brief I'd been given was simple: Cocktails, tapas and flower crowns. I mean... Sounds like heaven, right?

Let's see here: we've got a circus theme with a dog dressed as a lion, "boot-in-ears," a bearded lady, a carousel horse guestbook, a midway full of games, a flash mob ceremony, an after-party with a ball pit, and a footie pajama football brunch the next day.

Fire dancers, circus performers, Alice in Wonderland costumes, and a big fireworks show -- this is a theme combination that rocks hard. Feast your eyes on the chair jugglers, dancers, and of course, guests dressed as cards, the Queen of Hearts, and the Mad Hatter.

Well what a weekend it has been for Team GB! Mo Farah, Jessica Ennis and Greg Rutherford all winning medals on Saturday and then Super Sunday with 5 Gold Medals, 4 of which were in the space of an hour! History has been made and records have been broken and we are now 2nd place in the medal table!

A baby pink Cadillac, gin cocktails, a glitter station, a unicycling juggler, a hula hooper... Yep Harri and Al's June celebration was every bit a Rock n Roll wedding! "When we started planning we themed things around our love of travel and vintage", the bride said.

August and described their wedding theme as 'complete randomness'. They were inspired by their love of music so Jeff wore a yellow jacket as a tribute to Queen, and Katie had their favourite Foo Fighters song on her Crown and Glory veil.

Both circus performers, Rocío and Benjamin they met doing what they love so it was only right that their wedding was also in held in a big top! "I am a trapeze artist and Benjamin is a clown", the bride said. "So the style of our wedding was quite familiar to us.
