Today we're giving you the scoop on Carrie Patterson, Kate Headley, and Christina McNeill's rustic-glam photography retreat in beautiful Jackson, Wyoming. If you missed Part 1 of the story, head here to catch up!

The Rendezvous Retreat experience came full circle with an incredible farewell dinner in the middle of a spacious pasture, planned and designed by Sami from Magnolia Ranch.

Sami's mission was to create a truly special experience for the talented guests attending the farewell dinner. As professional wedding photographers, these ladies shoot the most beautiful table settings and decor in the industry, but they rarely get to sit down and enjoy them as guests.

Inspired by Jackson's lush foliage and striking sunsets, Sami opted for a design centered around farm tables, gold ombre, and fun details. Each place setting included a custom napkin embroidered with that guest's initials by Huger Embroidery. The tablescape was tied together perfectly with tapered white candles and glamorous accents.

While the evening included several highlights from the retreat overall, it also gave everyone an incredible bucket-list-worthy experience that was surely a favorite for each guest: seeing the horses run wild. Turpin Meadow Ranch does this every evening, and the experience is worth every minute of travel time and more.

The lounge area was a labor of love by Magnolia Ranch and The Wedding Pew - they wanted to provide the Rendezvous Retreat photographers with a place to relax while enjoying the amazing setting. With a custom rustic arbor, lush florals, and fur pillows, it was the perfect spot for a group of creatives to hit the "reset" button.

We know everyone here loves a good bar setup, and this one by Magnolia Ranch, The Wedding Pew and XOWYO does not disappoint. Magnolia Ranch and The Wedding Pew designed this custom bar specifically for this space, along with the backdrop that held a handwritten menu from XOWYO.

It's not a Jackson party without a little whiskey, right? Don't worry - Wyoming Whiskey came to the rescue by sponsoring libations and bringing a fun cadillac along with them!

Jackson was the perfect spot for a group of creative professionals to kick their feet up, but it would be an incredible vacation spot for anyone who loves the great outdoors!
