Inspired by the urban setting of Los Angeles and the tropical summer trends this season, today's wedding inspiration is perfect for the creative couple who dreams of a modern + fun tropical themed wedding in an urban city setting. With an emphasis on verdant foliage and unique industrial pieces + decor, photographer Jennifer Sosa + planner/designer, Caroline, of Pursue Love Design Co put together a scene that's sure to turn a few heads + get some major inspiration happening. The team tells us more about the beauty they created below:
To bring the urban modern tropical vision to life, we used elements such as copper, concrete and marble with unique, structured florals, decor, wedding wardrobe and looks. The tropical modern look really came together with clear ghost chairs in a modern white tablescape with rentals from Signature Party Rentals. The tablescape was minimally styled, with gray and black watercolor off white linen napkins, marble or stone place cards with metallic copper calligraphy and copper place settings paired with marble and tropical greenery leaf placemats. Copper calligraphy on marble and stone and black watercolored calligraphy pieces had beautiful calligraphy done by Alley of Alley & Co. which finished each vignette and calligraphy pieces included the invitation suite, menus and place cards.
The sharp lines beautifully juxtapose the tulle accents on this stunning dress from Dolly Pearl.
Inessa of Inessa Nichols Design crafted a gorgeous and lush tropical greenery backdrop, bridal bouquet and headpiece, the grooms boutonniere along with ceremony and reception centerpieces. Each floral piece had copper elements and/or modern white vessels, with florals curated by Inessa, each with unique in color, structure and with funky, modern angles. 
Loving that tropical greenery headpiece Inessa whipped up, which paired perfectly with the beautiful minimal makeup by E2Beauty.
