A little while ago, we were contacted by the lovely Jamie of Mary Noon Events to check out their Ultimate Bridal Box! It looked lovely from the start, so when she asked us to review it, we said yes! She sent a complimentary kit over to our lifestyle editor Quinn. So before you dive in, just know we weren't paid for this post, but did receive the kit as a gift (a mandatory legal disclaimer!). Quinn here... When I'm not writing here at I Love Farm Weddings, I work as a wedding and event stylist on Martha's Vineyard, so I couldn't wait to get my hands on The Ultimate Bridal Box and see what it was all about! It was love at first sight. The team at Mary Noon Events really got all of the details just right! From the quality of the paper, the presentation of the goodies inside of the box, to the beautiful calligraphy, everything just welcomes you and makes you want to dive right in! 'vc./,

I wasn't quite sure what to expect before receiving it. I was thinking that maybe the kit would contain a notebook, some helpful checklists and worksheets (as so many "wedding planning kits" do). What is actually included in the kit went well beyond my expectations! Inside my box I found: a personalized welcome note, a copy of Mary Noon's book After the Ring, a little black notebook for writing everything down, a checklist for everything you need to do to plan your wedding starting a year from your date, a flower guide, a scented candle (that smells amazing!), pink bath salts, a sachet of dried roses, pale pink nail polish, a spool of soft white ribbon and a pen! Everything you want and more!

Everything is designed to get you excited to jump into planning your big day. All of the scents, textures and images are perfectly picked and thoughtfully selected. It really makes the idea of planning a wedding fun and exciting and filled with loveliness (which it is!).

My favorite item from the whole kit is Mary's book After the Ring; The ultimate guide to planning your wedding. The book is full of helpful, practical advice, tips, visual inspiration and checklists. After each chapter are pages for jotting down your own notes and ideas. Each chapter is laid out to make planning approachable. Mary's professionalism and warmth come through and you really feel like she is helping and guiding you. She also gives no nonsense advice, as you would expect from your planner! She walks you through everything from deciding on the style of your wedding, to proper etiquette when addressing invitations and what questions to ask vendors. As a wedding stylist, I truly appreciate the fact that she also champions hiring a professional planner and stylist to help with your day. This book is really a wonderful guide for brides, but nothing can help more than someone whose job it is to help make your wedding dream a reality.

To me, this kit is such a great gift for the bride to be! It's full of wonderful advice and lovely goodies to make you so excited to plan and more importantly have the wedding of your dreams!!!
