An end of an Era! When founder @abbydlarson approached me 10 years ago to submit images from Weddings I had photographed to her wedding blog I thought who is this? There was nothing like this out there in the Wedding industry. Little did we all know that @stylemepretty would be an incredible source of inspiration to us all, including brides and grooms on their search for their creative wedding team. I’ve had the honor to work side by side with @abbydlarson and @taitlarson on many projects over the last decade, we “grew up” together and we achieved many things together. Abby and Tait both supported @josevillaworkshops for 10 years and have been there for me since the start of this labor of love called Workshops. The list goes on and on with how much SMP has been a huge part of my life and business. Today, I’m still in shock after 2 days of the news that @stylemepretty will be no longer, shut, gone by the end of the month. The big corporations win once again!! I’m thinking of @abbydlarson @taitlarson @gabriellehurwitz @ms_domestic @lizsgreene @bisoustyle @christineadiaz and many more affected by the shut down of a beloved blog, and wedding inspiration to all. As I type this I think, what is next? Where are we in this industry?
