Weddbook ♥ After years of being intimidated by the idea of making croissants, I decided to give one last punch to 2016 and give it a shot. I used the Italian bread flour from @sudforno and it gave them the most amazing rich, hearty, whole wheat taste. They may not be perfect but I couldn't be happier with where this process has begun...and the mixer (aka Shirley) that @nazfilms gave me. Also, they aren't burnt. I promise. Haha
