Here's a beautiful, romantic prom make-up look, inspired by the 1920's. This eye makeup look is so pretty, you could wear it everyday, not just for prom! We didn't want her to look like a 20's costume character, or copy the 20's makeup look too closely. Those thin eyebrows and crazy lip shapes might look a little crazy, so I chose to do a romantic 20's prom look, with hints of the 20's!
