Fly Away With Me

So yesterday was Lovers Day and I hope you all had a love-filled weekend. Mine consisted of 3 shoots, my kid’s 5th birthday party and a lot of editing. I’ve known Chris for about 10 years and Cydney for about 3 as they came to my wedding, which was also the last time I’ve seen them. They’re now engaged and asked me to photograph their engagement & wedding. Initially they didn’t want to go to the beach for engagement shots because it’s not their style. They’re more silly & playful and we started at a park, and just went from there. We got to the park and we had color in the sky, but obviously didn’t have amazing clouds like this. So yes, this is a composite, but no one has to know. When it’s hanging on their living room wall, everyone will smile, and that’s the point. In the Engineering world, we would refer to this as reuse.
