Summer garden

I love this cake but yesterday it tested me to the limit. At 10am all looked perfect, early afternoon walked into the kitchen and all tiers had massive air bubbles, so big the icing has cracked, the icing also felt incredibly soft. Lots of poking and prodding revealed the ganache had melted inside the cakes in Kent's 34 degree weather! All tiers rebaked and reiced yesterday afternoon and finished it at 3am this morning. Lacework is inspired by a photo of a Rosalind Miller cake that the bride loved.
