Not a fan of tossing undergarments to a group of guests? We hear you, and so does bride Diana, of Legend of Zelda wedding fame. She wasn't keen on tossing a garter so she and her groom Trey devised a garter toss alternative involving some free booze!

You could even use this scheme in lieu of a bouquet toss, too, and kill a couple of birds with a bottle of rum. Or whatever drink you think would go down well. Pun intended.

Here's how it all went down...

I was less inclined about the whole "garter strip" tradition, so we compromised with a new gimmick: we tied the garter around a caged bottle of booze and let the single dudes try keys to unlock it. No hiking up the bride's dress, and the winner gets free booze outta the deal!
