Chelsea's Vows: Braden, when I first saw you on the movie set dressed in a 1970's suit with a wig on your head, I never dreamt I would be standing here with you today, three years later, about to become your wife. While it took a little while for me to come around to the idea of "us," you never stopped pursuing me. You never gave up on the possibility of us which is one of the many reasons why I am so thankful to be marrying you. No matter what life may throw our way, good or bad, I know you will fight for us and for our marriage. You are so selfless and have always put my needs before your own. You are kind and you are patient with me, even when I push your buttons. You treat me with gentleness and respect and you love me as Christ loves the church. Even though you are and you do all these things for me, what I lveo the most about you is your love for the Lord. You put Him at the center of your life and you put Him before me which is the most beautiful thing about you. You have taught me so much more about the grace, compassion, and love through the love you show me. It is an honor to have you lead me and our future household in a deeper relationship with our Lord. I am so humbled God brought us together. He has blessed me more than I could ever image by having you as my husband. You are my best friend, my favorite adventure partner, and my favorite coffee date. I promise to stand by your side as your encourager, helper, and best friend. I promise to keep God at the center of my life and our marriage. I vow to talk with you, laugh with you, and even cry with you on some day, every day.
