A beautiful faded grandeur, grade two listed country house that has been owned and loved by the same family for over 300 years. It's set in 80 acres with truly breath-taking, quintessentially English views of the countryside as hills and valleys roll away to the south coast. Run by a relaxed, chilled out team but with a professional attitude. Perfect for those wanting some inside space as well as outdoor glamping/camping. The views are to die for....

• Woodland Blessing - The house can accommodate 300 people for a stand up buffet style arrangement across three rooms and the hall. Several hundred more can be accommodated on the lawns or accompanying land.
• There are ponds and ancient Oak trees for a stunning setting for a ceremony.
• Food and Drink - The venue have caterers they can recommend but you are free to arrange your own, and to bring your own drinks.
• Music: Amplified music can be played until very late in the Ballroom.
• Services - Electricity, water, and WC's provided for up to 100 people.
• A large fire pit, with benched and a picnic area with reclaimed wooden tables and benches is included.
• No wedding license - but alternative wedding blessings are possible.
• 50 % non refundable deposit to secure your booking

Venue Hire price = £2,400 per day (two day minimum)

The hire includes: exclusive hire of the entire site, car parking, use of the ground floor of the house, rigging time (up to a day before).
